Liberty Belle Skin Centre was orginally co-founded by Melbourne Plastic Surgeon Dr Chris Moss. Dr Chris Moss has been in medical practice since 1988 and has worked in the area of non-surgical cosmetic and anti-ageing treatment since 1999. The Liberty Belle clinical team strive to be at the forefront of their field and bring together many decades of experience and expertise – all in one convenient location.
The team at Liberty Belle Skin Centre provide a complete range of proven cosmetic and skin care treatments, products and technology. As a result, the team are able to able to offer a full range of treatment options and when a customised individual treatment plan has been decided, these can all be performed in clinic at Liberty Belle Skin Centre. A strong advantage of having all treatments performed under one roof is that an optimal and holistic treatment plan can be formulated and provided over time, with treatments staged and co-ordinated as required. With a vast number of laser, light and other therapeutic modalities, Liberty Belle is arguably the best equipped skin clinic available to our clients. The Founders
Dr Chris Moss
MBBS, Dip. Anat., FRACS (Plast)
Dr Moss is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who has been practising for 24 years. Dr Moss’ passion for the face extends to the science of non-surgical cosmetic medicine treatments and skincare for the benefits they can provide discerning patients.
Dr Moss served on the Facial Aesthetics Council for Allergan which is one of the world’s leading cosmetic medicine organisations. As a trainer, Dr Moss stays current with the latest international advances in non-surgical techniques. All clinicians are highly trained so that patients receive the highest possible standards in patient safety and aesthetic results.

Andrea Moss
Co-founder Liberty Belle Skin Centre
Andrea Moss completed a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at university but pursued a career in journalism working as a News Reporter for 7 News in Sydney and then WABC Eyewitness News in New York. She is the Co-founder and CEO of Liberty Belle Skin Centre.
Andrea is on the Program Advisory Committee for the Dermal Science Degree at Victoria University. She is also honoured to be a Melbourne member of the National Breast Cancer Foundation Circle of 10.
A fun fact about Andrea: she’s a professional Tennis Coach with Tennis Australia. Sadly, she completely neglected her skin (and never wore sunblock) while growing up playing tennis in the scorching sun. Understandably, she has been on a mission to find the ultimate skincare for skin protection and reversing the visible signs of ageing. Happily, Liberty Belle Rx means her quest is now over.

Clinical Injecting Nurses
Our Cosmetic Nurse Injectors have all completed a Bachelor of Nursing (Div 1) and between them have over 45 years combined experience in performing treatments that address concerns about wrinkles or the shape or volume of facial features. The team is committed to professional development. This involves regular attendance and participation in industry training events and conferences. This ensures that new therapies, techniques and products are available to our clients to achieve the best possible results.
Dermal Clinicians
Our highly experienced dermal clinicians have all completed their 4 year Bachelor of Health Science-Dermal Therapies degree at Victoria University. Our therapists have also attended the prestigious Coolsculpting University at the Zeltiq Training Center in the USA. They continually attend relevant training seminars and workshops to ensure they remain leaders in their field.
