We can provide Bio-Remodelling treatments at our Melbourne clinic to provide general rejuvenation and improvement of skin laxity in the face, neck, and body. This treatment is especially suited to addressing sun-damaged skin and the crepe-like appearance of the face and neck, but can also be used in a preventative manner to help avoid volume loss.

As we get older, we lose facial volume and our skin becomes lax. Bio-Remodelling treatments work to maintain plumpness in the skin. The treatment attracts water under the skin, acting like an internal moisturiser. It works on the skin tissue at multiple layers, hydrating from the inside out and stimulating fat tissue renewal and the production of collagen and elastin.
This allows for improvements not only in superficial lines and wrinkles, but also in general skin health and integrity for a tighter, plumper appearance.

Our Cosmetic Nurse Injectors have an educated understanding of facial aesthetics, anatomy, and injecting techniques to reduce the appearance of wrinkles. You will receive a thorough face-to-face assessment and consultation with our Doctor and your Cosmetic Nurse Injector where we discuss your individual concerns and desired outcomes. Your face-to-face consultation is the most safe and effective way to tailor your treatment plan to best suit your personal aims.
Our Cosmetic Nurse Injectors receive continual ongoing support and education to keep up-to-date with the most advanced and modern techniques, all while under the supervision of a premier medical practice. Our team of doctors and nurses works closely with all patients to best achieve the individuals desired results. We tailor every consultation and create a treatment plan that works with the individual’s personal concerns and requirements.
Results will begin to appear roughly 2 weeks after treatment, with full results appearing around day 45 post treatment.
There may be a small amount of swelling, bruising, or redness at the injection site. This can be relieved through the application of ice packs. In some cases, mild swelling or itchiness at the treatment site can persist for several days.
Your Cosmetic Nurse Injector will discuss any possible side effects in more detail at the time of your consultation.
Most normal activities may be resumed post treatment. Make-up can be applied to cover the treatment site.
To avoid any unwanted side effects, avoid rubbing, massaging, or applying pressure to the treated area on the day of treatment.
You should also avoid:
- Physical strain, including gym workouts and sports for 48 hours
- Cosmetic treatments for 48 hours
- Sauna, steam, sub-zero temperatures and UV radiation from the sun or a solarium for two weeks
- Fractional resurfacing 4 weeks after the treatment
Results typically last between 2 and 6 months. A treatment every 3 to 4 months will help patients maintain their new, healthy glow. Your Cosmetic Nurse Injector will advise what is best for you.
